This work was reproduced from the Foundling Museum Tokens left by mothers whose had to give up their children. In this work I connect the Foundling Museum 's Tokens, a historic symbol of separation, to the parting and disappearing of many people from their family resulting from totalitarianism, exploitation and war. |
