The Return of the Crows (2008)

A series of drawings and installations, I started these drawings in 2006,  in 2007 some of my drawings evolved into an installation called ‘Where Are We?’  I used John Berger’s title “Where Are We?”  In his book called “Hold Every-Thing Dear” he stated ‘People everywhere-under very different conditions are asking themselves-‘Where are we?’. The question is historical, not geographical.  What are we living through?  ’ (Hold Every-Thing Dear – Dispatches on Survival and Resistance page 36)
